About us

We're Louise and Andy, a Husband and Wife Team based in South London.  We have a collective passion to build a thriving property investment business that allows us to pursue our passions, continually learn, grow and better ourselves enabling the ability to live life on our terms.  Having been focused on our careers for many years, we're focusing on now turning our dreams into reality.

Louise is an ex estate agent and we're both qualified Project Managers.  Andy has over 12 years experience as a Project Manager and Louise is a Global Commercial Manager working within FTSE25 organisations for the last 13+ years.  Andy is also a Geography Graduate (including subjects such as planning, environment and conservation) and Louise is a Law Graduate (including contract and land law).

We're Multi-Award Winning Property Investors and Mentees of the UK's leading Property and Mindset Coach - Steven Green.  We're ITOL certified Level 5 Property Investors, NRLA Accredited Landlords and  Members of the Property Redress Scheme.  Later this year, we'll be appearing on BBC's Homes Under The Hammer with a late 1800's cottage we purchased at auction which has undergone a full renovation.
